Anacahuite

Anacahuite is a traditional Mexican herb widely used for respiratory conditions. How to prepare: Simmer 1-2 tablespoons in 4 cups of water for 15-20 minutes. Strain and drink 1-2 cups per day. Can be sweetened with honey.
