Arnica

Arnica is a world-renowned medicinal herb prized for its ability to ease pain, reduce bruising, and support recovery from physical trauma. In traditional herbalism it is used internally in very small amounts for inflammation, and is widely applied as a topical tea or compress for sore muscles, sprains, bruises, and swelling.

How to prepare (external use): Steep 1 tablespoon in 2 cups of hot water for 15 minutes. Use the cooled tea as a compress on affected areas. For internal use, consult a knowledgeable herbalist for proper dosing.
