Caña Fistula

Cana Fistula, also known as Golden Shower or Purging Cassia, is a traditional herb used throughout Latin America and Asia for its gentle but effective laxative action. The pulp of its pods has been used for centuries to support digestive cleansing and relieve constipation. It is considered a mild and well-tolerated alternative for digestive regularity.

How to prepare: Steep 1 tablespoon in 2 cups of hot water for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink 1 cup, preferably in the evening.
