Chivo Pez

Chivo Pez is a traditional Mexican herb used in regional folk medicine for its support of kidney and liver function. It is used as a gentle detoxifying herb, promoting healthy elimination through both the urinary and digestive systems. How to prepare: Simmer 1-2 tablespoons in 4 cups of water for 20 minutes. Strain and drink 1-2 cups per day.
