Eucalipto

Eucalipto, or Eucalyptus, is one of the most widely used medicinal plants in the world. In traditional herbalism it is prized for its powerful action on the respiratory system - helping to open airways, loosen mucus, ease coughs, and fight respiratory infections. It is also used for its antimicrobial properties and to ease headaches and congestion.

How to prepare: Steep 1-2 tablespoons in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 1-2 cups per day. The steam from the tea can also be inhaled for respiratory relief.
