Palo Azul

Palo Azul, meaning Blue Stick, is one of the most popular herbs in Mexican folk medicine. It is best known for its powerful support of kidney and urinary health. Traditionally used as a diuretic, it helps flush the kidneys, support the bladder, and promote the elimination of toxins through the urinary tract. The tea turns a beautiful blue hue when brewed.

How to prepare: Simmer 1-2 tablespoons in 4 cups of water for 20-30 minutes until the water takes on a blue/golden color. Strain and drink throughout the day.
