Tumbavaquero

Tumbavaquero is a traditional Mexican herb used primarily to support the health of the urinary tract and kidneys. Its name reflects its strength in traditional herbalism. It has been used to help break down and pass kidney stones, ease urinary inflammation, and act as a natural diuretic to flush the system.

How to prepare: Simmer 1-2 tablespoons in 4 cups of water for 20 minutes. Strain and drink 2-3 cups throughout the day, with plenty of additional water.
